Job Summary :
Production Control Supervisor is the principal assistant to the Project Manager on all matters pertaining to the maintenance production mission.
Production Control Supervisor will be responsible for the management of all production processes and organization of the facilities.
In addition, directs the production staff and leadership to achieve a satisfactory workflow. Identifies areas for improvement and organize training opportunities for their team.
Ensures the maintenance and maintenance support processes remain smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring staff.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
Supervises operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Organizes and trains educational manuals for the production team
Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Ensures compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility
Organizes, monitors, and prioritizes tasks to meet production goals
Evaluates various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
Recommends process, resource, and facility improvements to management
Develops and implements maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel skills records
Maintains communication between employees and management to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
Ensures the flow of materials and other resources
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
5 years of documented supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions in .
Army material maintenance and production
Skills in verbal and written communications to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions
Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services to the customers
Proficient in standard business office software
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening
Ability to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation result and obtain a CAC
Valid Driver License
High School Diploma / GED
Desired Qualifications :
12 years of shop level experience as a technician and understanding of quality systems
10 years of Army maintenance and production experience
91 series . Army Military Occupational Specialty Maintenance Experience
